16-18 July - St Andrews

Two days at the Open at St Andrews. Very windy & cold but very enjoyable. Play delayed on Friday due to heavy rain so we went from midday till 2100. 
We are staying in Blairgowrie at Dad & Maggie's - a comfortable hours drive to St Andrews.
Great walk this morning through wooden avenues of silver birches on Knocky Hill, then a relaxing afternoon watching the golf on TV.  Paul Dunne (A) in the lead with Louis Oosthuizen who we saw win in 2010. Few Aussie's chasing close behind.
